Introduction

I was enjoying my vacation playing video games like battlefront 2 crushing clones as General Grievous.

I quietly admired the performance of el famoso Soraya Montenegro.

I still did not finish Maria del Barrio by the way, but I did have the privilege to see the end of strangers things in season 4 finally, I love it, Wow I am impressed, this is probably what Netflix does best… Now I understand why each episode cost 30 million. And Max is definitely my favorite there are some theories she will have a crucial role in season 5.

What I was saying is, yeah Miami, my serenity comes to its end because it’s finally time to join my sister in Florida, and I am happy to finally put my feet in Latina America, yeah for me Miami is not in the USA…

All I wanted from this journey is get my shoes and visit the Kenedy space center, everything else is a bonus for me.

The fly

I woke at 7 am, I left Paris with British Airways to London at 12h and I landed at 12h20 which is surprising… Someone has to explain to me why I have the sun in Paris, it’s totally disappeared in London.
Then the nightmare begins I don’t know what’s going on in London but they have too much “Manner” we lost too much time to separate Iquique from everything else, We lost so much time that when I passed the border security it was 13h05, and my flight to Miami was for 13H35 and this moment I did not know where I should go, for some reason I could not open my bag, and my Macbook was in my hand because the computer must be out.
So I run through two escalators I took a train or something like that to the gate C59 to C89 all I know is my gate was C64. I meet a guy on the train who was also nervous like me, good news was we were heading to the same destination, I was so happy I was not alone 😀

We quit the train as fast as possible and we run, he runs not me I still have my computer in my hand, again 2 escalators maybe I run for 500m and turned 2 times I was not looking at the signal I was looking at which direction he took, I saw gate no one oulala, the lady told me to relax, one escalator later was in the plan, I was in my 77B seat just in time 13H30 I manager to open my bag, but guess what I was not the only one there where bunch people behind me, so the flight was a delay for 45min, at this point, I did not care was already in the plan.

My 9 hours of flight began, 8H48 to be precise, I don’t find words to explain what I feel in this kind of situation, I do, I really do admire people who can sleep on the plane, for me I can’t sleep, I can’t move, I can’t read, I can not do anything at 8km of altitude. I did watch Uncharted which again proves the theory that a video game should not turn into a movie, and House of Gucci which makes me love Lady Gaga even more, and she will have a bright future in the cinema.

When I finally landed in Miami, I mean in Latin America, this is the moment I realize something significant about how people treat each other, I could see the face of British petrify because we only got one line in the queue to the US border protection to verify our identities, man it took me 2 hours after the landed to leave the airport this is just ridiculous and what’s the purpose this esta if the agent does not ask you either. The same agent will ask you the question and he will ask like “WHAT GONNA DO HERE” ok ok maybe not like this, but he was nice, he was talking to me like we have all the time…

I am patient, I already landed safely, I did not care at all, and it’s not like they were going to send me back but they were some people who had a flight connection, In Dubai something like this is impossible, it’s 10min and the agent doesn’t even need to talk.

I found my sister at 21h, 3 hours after landing, we took a ride to Miami beach, we got some pizza, I get a shower, I slept, end.

I wrote this entire paragraph for my sister because this is what happens when you let your sister book the ticket for you, yeah I may have some responsibilities like I could do it by myself but what is the point when someone else can do it for me… Maybe that was the price.

So what did I do exactly?

Part I: Miami

First thing first why is every person has a big car? It seems like climate change does not exist here, the temperature was perfect between 28° and 32° celsius which is the best temperature for my body to operate efficiently…

En Segundo lugar, are we still in America? Because there are so many things in Spain over here, which is absolutely amazing, me encanta, Ya amo esta ciudad…

Miami Beach

We rent a bike and we literally went from south to the north, from South Pointe Park Pier to Miami Beach’s North Beach which is more than 10km, it was a very nice ride the sun was shining, and there was some moment it was raining with the sun, this reminds me some tropical environment amazing.

Ocean Drive, next to Miami Beach reminds Grand Theft Auto Vice City which is the main reason why I choose Miami as my first city to go to in the USA, because this game was my first GTA, and with that, you can easily guess what will be the next city I going to visit…

Wynwood

And after that we went to a restaurant the Coyo taco huuumm which sounds very English in the colorful district of Wynwood there we ate some delicious Burritos another American original meal indeed which was delicious by the way, just after we went to see some of the finest art at Wynwood Walls, I told you that this is gonna be fancy…

Miami bull

Then we went to Downtown Miami to see the Miami bull, the symbol embracement of cryptocurrencies from Miami.

You have the same thing in new york city at Wall Street in bronze but this one represents the future…

That’s it, I asked my sister, that I wanted to see it…

Everglades

This was a very surprising experience we get into an airboat, and this kind of boat is so fucking cool, you can slide, and drift on the river, totally funny.

During this boat ride, I learned the difference between an Aligator and a crocodile one has a smiling face and the other one looks angry one will act like a pet the other will try to eat you, for me, it was just a bunch of big reptiles, and I saw some fish too.

And I was witness the magic weather of Florida raining and sunshine at the same time at 30° celsius, I love that.

Then we ate at Johnny Rockets in the Dolphin mall.

Bay Boat Tour

The boat was very refreshing because it gave us a beautiful Sunset view of Miami Downtown, and the main attraction of the bay tour is to allow us to sneak out of Star Island, I told you this is gonna be fancy :D, on this island you can find some fancy mansions owned by some famous celebrities like Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Shaquille O’Neal, they own it but they are not there… This place reminds me so much of 2 Fast 2 Furious.

And then straight to five guys 😀

We returned the next day to Star island with our car because you can actually visit it but you are not allowed to park…

Part II: Orlando

After spending most of my journey in Miami, it was time to take the road to Orlando because my sister plan two big activities there.

Road To Orlando

I really love the weather in Florida because you wake up with the sun and you end up with a big hot rain 😀 wonderful.

After 3 hours on the road with some heavy rain, we arrived in Orlando and we realize something that this city is full of parks, which give us the idea with my sister to come to Orlando just for that…

Shopping

We went to the big mall because let me remind you that I have a big mission to find my pair of shoes.

And there we are.

I know that I can find it online and cheaper but I can always say mine are from the USA… 😀

Walt Disney World Resort

I want to say that this is again my sister’s entire idea, I made a promise to myself that I don’t want to be involved in anything related to Disney but now they have almost everything it really hard to avoid them, they even have Avatar now…

What you need to know is that there are a lot of parks and you need to pay and reserve for each park:

• Magic Kingdom
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom
• Disney’s Hollywood Studios
• EPCOT

And we choose Magic Kingdom to be original…

It was a very nice experience more than I expected… The first thing I noticed was the ticket is a very beautiful card with a different Disney character on it, I got this one which is very suitable for me…

As expected from Disney you have a lot of content, and food, but you can’t do everything, you have long queues, this is definitely bigger than Disney land Paris, just to enter to Magic Kingdom we managed to lose ourselves.

To be short I did an attraction related to Pirate Caraibe, Space Mountain the rest I don’t remember the name I did not choose them, and I ate a very long hot dog…

Florida Weather

A hot rain…

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

We went to a cozy motel which reminds me of a lot of American movies in which happened a lot of bad things…

But our true enemy was that piece of sh***, it is very hot in Florida at night and we need fresh air and instead of that we have noise from this, America is a super economy power but I don’t understand why there are still things that seem that did not evolve…

we turn on the TV and we watched EnamorandonosUSA and I am pretty sure it’s a Spanish show about Corazon…

Now it’s my turn, I obligate my sister that we have to go to Kennedy Space Center, this is my entire childhood. When I was young I use to look at the sky, where I lived I could see the milky way.

During that visit, l realizes that everyone is here, Space X, Blue origin they use the old Nasa infrastructure to launch their spaceship.

And this, you have no idea what this picture represents for me, I watched Space Shuttle Engine launching so many times on TV, and this is just hydrogen and oxygen.

This is beauty.

We could wait the night to see space X launching a spaceship we have to return to Miami.

Kennedy Space Center is probably the best gift my sister ever give to me… Even she was bored during the visit.

My last view of Miami beach

We came back to Miami and in this picture, I just want to return to my bed because every good thing has to come to an end.

My main missions:

• My shoes ✅
• Kennedy Space Center ✅
• Everything else was a bonus ✅

This trip will be rated as “Fancy absolute“

I really like this city, and I will return for sure… There is almost everything I like especially the weather.

But the true reason I love this city is that this is not the USA :
