I ran to Montmartre

Introduction

My friend has this idea to meet each other at this place for training… But things did not go as expected…

My objectifs

My main goal was to find a steady speed, I have to learn to focus on a specific speed, I want to run longer, without being exhausted too quickly, I love running but I tend to run really, really fast which led me to stop every time…

The run

To be honest I am very please with the first part, because between “Place des Ternes” and Place de Clichy I was very steady… Impressive.

After Place de Clichy, the nightmare begins…

I realize I was running at a very busy moment, there were a lot of people walking and also many cars that I could smell the C02 and the gasoline…

But the most difficult part was from place de Clichy to my destination, there were too many temptations… It’s started with a KFC, and I was wondering why I’m doing this when could play video games (which I did a few hours ago) and eat some chicken wings.

And oh my god there were so many kebabs, it seems like at this moment I decide to detect all the kebabs.

So many kebabs…

The destination

After more than 5km, inhaled so much dioxide carbons, zigzagging between tourists (yeah they are back), and climbing stairs at 30 degrees…

Some Tourists

I reach the top…

The top

Here’s the music I used to motivate myself, you should see me dancing, specifically at 3:55.

To conclude…

Was it a good experience? I don’t really know, hum maybe… There were too many people and cars at this time, but it was obviously on a Sunday night. I did not find my friend, I was in the wrong place. But overall it was funny.

And those kebabs…

So why I’m doing this, when I can stay home, play GTA V and eat chickens’ wings…
